TDR recommends that you order the transmission seal
and gasket kit and both shift boots.
The seals and gaskets are usually leaking and will need to be replaced
during a clutch job. You should also upgrade to Red
Line transmission and differential oil after the clutch is installed.
We recommend that you use Red Line
MTL or Red Line MT-90 (2 quarts)
for the gear box and 75W90 High Performance
Gear Oil (1 quart) for the differential.
Running normally aspirated 1.8 engine? Consider using
the SPEC 1.6 clutch and flywheel setup for a larger reduction in
rotating inertia allowing the engine to accelerate faster.
