The MP62 Supercharger, along with the Track Dog Racing™ Intercooler, is the system you want to get if you're looking for big power, but are concerned about the longevity of your stock engine.

The Heart of the System
The heart of the system is the Eaton 4th Generation MP62 supercharger. Used by automakers such as Jaguar, Mercedes, GM and Ford, the Eaton Supercharger is simply the most reliable and best performing method of forced induction for a daily driven street machine. Incorporating an ingenious bypass system, the Eaton supercharger freewheels under light throttle, providing sensible fuel economy and 100,000 mile reliability. More impressive than its dependability is the capability to deliver seamless power in a smooth and linear fashion. Unlike a turbo, which has an inherent lag from the time you step on the gas, the Eaton supercharger creates an instant rush of power that begins at the bottom of the RPM range and builds to a crescendo at redline.

Fuel and Timing Management
Fuel enrichment under boost is provided by the PowerCard Pro. Moss Motors and Dobeck Performance have spent the last several years working together to create the most compact and very powerful - PowerCard Pro. The philosophy is simple, work in harmony with the factory ECU and simply add fuel where necessary only under boost. This philosophy will quickly emerge the first time you drive your newly MP62 supercharged Miata. Instant boost, seamless power and no driveability quirks. A steady idle and nothing but a smooth delivery of boosted power that only the PC Pro can deliver. Another great PC Pro feature is real time fuel curve manipulation. Vast adjustment is available by simply targeting the appropriate zone and making a few clicks on the easy to use push button interface.

PowerCard Pro - PowerCard Pro is a load-based tuning solution combining the power of an ultra fast microprocessor and self-diagnostics. Under normal driving conditions PowerCard waits patiently offline, but mash the throttle and PowerCard instantly steps up the fuel necessary for boost. The PowerCard Pro gives the end user the ability to finely adjust fuel, if desired, in the three key areas of Cruise, Mild acceleration and Full throttle. This fine level of adjustment will allow you to tailor the fuel specifically to your Miata's set up.

TDR Air-to-air Intercooler - Coming Soon!
Nothing works better than a TDR Intercooler for your supercharger. We're putting the final touches on the Moss MP62 intercooler kit and it will be available soon. We're expecting big power gains with the full TDR MP62 system.

Up To 190 RWHP and 170 lb./ft. Torque

Premium Gas   Run at least one tank full of premium gas through your car before the install. Stay away from "discount" gas suppliers. Major brands, like Chevron, Shell, etc. are better choices than discount places.
Fuel Filter   If your fuel filter is over 30 K miles old consider changing it.
NGK Spark Plugs   One range cooler plugs and gapped to .032".
TDR Heat Shield   Keeps header/exhaust manifold heat away from the supercharger and intake area.
Magnacore 8mm Wires   Consider replacing the stock wires if the originals have more than 30K miles or 2 year olds
5W30 Red Line Synthetic Oil   You should be using synthetic oil. This becomes more important when you add forced induction to your motor.
Red Line Transmission and Differential Fluid   You'll be stressing your drivetrain with increased torque so using synthetic products like Red Line are recommended.
Oil Filter   WIX filters are a good alternative to OEM filters.
Radiator Fluid     Flush the radiator fluid and reduce the mixture to 70% water and 30% radiator fluid (in frost-free weather conditions only). It's a good time to check the thermostat, radiator cap and all hoses. Replace if necessary
Brake Pads   With the increased power you'll need increased braking power. Aggressive street pads are an inexpensive upgrade.
Heavy Duty Motor Mounts   Most OEM mounts failed within a few months of installing a supercharger. We strongly recommend replacing
Cat Back Exhaust   Eliminates unnecessary backpressure.
Gauges   We recommend Boost, Air/Fuel and Temperature gauges. We sell a full line of gauges and can order almost any combination.
Over 190 RWHP and 170 lb./ft. Torque (including all the items above)
ACT Stage 1 Clutch   If a header has been installed you'll need to install the clutch and/or flywheel before the supercharger installation
Lighten Flywheel   Not mandatory but a worthwhile consideration when changing the clutch.
Jackson Racing Header   Must be installed before supercharger is in place.
PWR Aluminum Radiator   Mandatory with TDR Air-to-Air Intercooler. Recommended with PWR Water-to-Air Intercooler
Polished Hood Lift   Mandatory with TDR Air-to-Air Intercooler
Supercharger Drive Belt   Don't be caught without a spare.
Oil Catch Can   Collects blow-by oil from valve cover.
